Secure Your Luxury Holiday Decorating Experience : 

Reserve your exclusive holiday decorating service in Aspen, Snowmass, Jackson Hole, Greenwich CT, or your luxury retreat with a $3,000 non-refundable deposit. This ensures your spot for the season, with no date confirmation required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Our luxury decorating services start at $1500- $5,000, which includes a fully decorated 5-foot tree with premium décor and professional installation ($5000).Final pricing will be determined once we assess the full scope of your project.

Booking Process

  1. Initial Reservation: A $3,000 non-refundable deposit secures your spot for the season and will be applied to your final balance.
  2. Booking Confirmation: After placing your deposit, you will receive an exclusive application form to share your design preferences, installation details, and any special requests.
  3. Project Consultation: We’ll gather all necessary details to provide a customized quote.
  4. Date Confirmation: Upon accepting the quote, a 50% payment of the total project cost is required to confirm your installation date.
  5. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before your scheduled installation.
  6. Installation Window: Installations are scheduled between 6 AM and 9 PM from November 1st to December 15th.

Last-Minute Bookings

If you book late in the season (early November or later) and no installation dates remain available, we will do our best to accommodate you by adjusting our schedule. If we must move other clients in order to fit your installation, a $500 schedule-adjustment fee will be applied in addition to the $3,000 retainer. This fee is also non-refundable.

For bookings requested within 7 days of the desired installation date, full payment of the remaining balance is required at the time of booking. Deposits remain non-refundable, and cancellations within this period are not eligible for refunds.


Conditions and Terms

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are fully booked and unable to accommodate your request, which will be determined at our sole discretion based on our booking schedule. If the client is no longer available for the scheduled service, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative date within the holiday season. However, if the client is not available during the holiday season or chooses to cancel, the deposits will remain non-refundable.
  • Once the $3,000 retainer is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If you change your mind for any reason, the retainer remains non-refundable. No exceptions.
  • The booking retainer fee secures and blocks a date for your installation. Once you select a date, that date is reserved exclusively for you, and we decline other clients for that time. For that reason, the retainer cannot be refunded, even if you later decide not to proceed.
  • If you are unable to receive the installation on the scheduled day (including not being home, not providing building access, or last-minute unavailability), this will be treated as a cancellation, and all payments will remain non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
  • If you are no longer available for the chosen date, we will accommodate one reschedule based on availability. If no dates remain available during the holiday season, the retainer is still non-refundable.
  • Cancellation After Materials Purchase: If you request a cancellation after materials have been purchased or work has begun on your design, please note that the cost of all materials must still be paid in addition to the $3,000 retainer. All payments made up to that point remain final and non-refundable.
  • Design Preferences: While we specialize in luxury Christmas décor, we welcome customization requests. Final pricing may vary based on preferences and design complexity.
  • Installation Details: Please ensure clear access to the designated installation area. Additional labor fees may apply for restricted access or special requests.
  • Damage Liability: Our team will handle all décor items with the utmost care. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or unsafe environments.
  • Takedown Services: Optional takedown services are available for an additional fee. Please inquire during booking.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your installation with a full refund.
